A string of recently awarded high density residential projects has seen the need for this National young and dynamic Surveying Company to bring on an experienced Construction Surveyor.
As a Surveyor having already worked on a number of multi storey unit complexes and mixed use high rise construction sites, you know the challenges involved in these large scale projects. You'll have autonomy to call the shots on-site without the red tape or phone calls.
Your projects will need everything from go to woah; set out, asbuilt, liaising with clients, Foreman to Project Managers etc. Work with large teams including resource consultants and civil and structural engineers.
You'll work directly with the Directors in a no-fuss environment of like-minded surveyors. As a Senior Surveyor you will mentor junior staff and leading field parties on the majority of your projects.
More important than years if experience here is your exposure and proven success on construction projects.
